I'm a licensed professional counselor specializing in Brainspotting Intensives — a brain-body therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain at a neurological level, often achieving in a single intensive what traditional therapy takes months to reach.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I believe healing doesn't have to be slow or painful. Brainspotting allows us to work with your nervous system directly — gently, without requiring you to retell your story over and over.
I also offer individual therapy and ongoing support for those who prefer a more traditional cadence. Whatever brings you here, I'll meet you where you are.

My Approach
Brainspotting works where talk therapy alone can't always reach.
Brain-Body Focused
Brainspotting works directly with the nervous system — not just the thinking mind. By locating specific eye positions tied to emotional activation, we access and process stored trauma and distress at its source.
Intensive Format
Rather than 50 minutes a week, intensives are 5 to 11 hours of focused Brainspotting work spread over 1 to 3 days — an alternative to weekly therapy or an add-on to it. This format creates space for deep, sustained processing that weekly sessions rarely allow.
No Retelling Required
You don't have to relive or retell your story in detail. Brainspotting works beneath the narrative — which means less re-traumatization and more genuine release.

You are always in control of the pace. I provide a steady, attuned presence throughout — this is a partnership, not something done to you.
